What could have been the "tipping point" in the book becoming a national bestseller considering that similar books like 'Freakonomics' and its sequel were already a huge success? I am trying to remember what book I read discussed the benefits of a company not growing over people. The example given was of a company in the midwest, if my memory serves me correctly, that would only have parking places for a building.
As the company grew beyond that they broke off a unit and moved them to another location not too far away. Does anyone recall if this is the book or another?
